Trustees approved the award of bid #23-37-B-10-DA, Construction of new Echo Loder Elementary School, to Plenium builders in the amount of $58,190,959.

Trustees approved the 2025/2026 "B" Major Projects Program for construction phase funding for Libby Booth Elementary School for Total Amount of $21,900,000, as recommended by the Capital Funding Protection Committee.

• History and overview of the project presented as well as an updated that the design was complete in October of 2025.
• Discussed overview of services: site survey, architecture and engineering, Cost Estimating, Hazard Material Consultant, Roof Consulting.
