Son responsables de supervisar al Superintendente y de establecer la política del Distrito. Trustees Approved the Adoption of Washoe County School District Board Resolution 25-041, a Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of up to 1,000,000,000 in General Obligation (Limited Tax) School Improvement Bonds
Trustees approved the action to adopt Washoe County School District board resolution 25-041, a resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $100,000,000 in general obligation (limited tax) school improvement bonds (additionally secured by pledged revenues), series 2026B, and authorizing officers of the district to take other actions necessary to complete the issuance and related matters.

Trustees Approved the Agreement for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Procurement and Implementation Services, with CherryRoad Technologies INC.
Trustees approved an agreement for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software procurement and implementation services with CherryRoad Technologies Inc., beginning January 1, 2026, for a term of approximately two years, in the total estimated amount of $9,954,960, and approval of the affiliated agreements with oracle for a total possible term of 9 years, including optional renewals, in the total estimated amount of $11,4333,728.25.

- Failures of the prior contractor and addressing the way to overcome the issues around project management of the ERP systems.
- Benefits and new timeline that would be facilitated with CherryRoad.
- A delay in roll out will be needed to provide critical training on switching over to the new ERP system.

Otis Vaughn Middle School, Earl Wooster High School, and Damonte Ranch High School) as a Result of the Current Edward L. Pine Middle School Campus, Effective Beginning the 2028-29 School Year
Trustees approved the recommendation of the Zoning Advisory Committee to modify the enrollment boundaries of the following schools as a result of the current Edward L. Pine Middle School campus, effective beginning the 2028-29 school year: Roger Corbett Elementary School, Smithridge Elementary School, Edwin S. Dodson Elementary School, Hidden Valley Elementary School, Donner Springs Elementary School, Kendyl Depoali Middle School, E. Otis Vaughn Middle School, Earl Wooster High School, and Damonte Ranch High School.
